Thank you again Josephine.
I found the place, and had the idea, that what I entered here was placed in /etc/fstab, but no.
I'm not sure how to prepare the mount point to be shown in the edit field.
I have this HDD, that I want to mount:
Disk /dev/hdf: 10.2 GB, 10245537792 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 1245 cylinders Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/hdf1 1 3 24066 83 Linux /dev/hdf2 4 61 465885 82 Linux swap /dev/hdf3 62 1245 9510480 83 Linux
Can you please tell me what to to, to get the mount point visible in theMount Point in Yast2
Thanks
Erik.
Now I got it, and can mount the wanted harddisk. What can be entered in the 2 fields: Volume label and Arbitrary option value ?. Here is what the Yast2 has entered in the /ets/fstab according to what I entered there: /dev/hdf3 /media/hdf ext2 ro,user, acl 1 2 Erik
