Just remembered I re-installed apache from ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/poeml/ so I reinstalled mod_perl from the same place and now apache starts. (I'm still having problems, but I'll try to work them out before asking for more help!) -- Robert C. Paulsen, Jr. robert@paulsenonline.net
