I had this problem with my Pinnacle PCTV Rave card on SuSE9.1 as well. The audio output of this card is connected through an external wire with the line input of my soundcard. It turned out that by default after installing SuSE9.1 the line input of the soundcard was switched off. After I switched it on it works as a charm. I had problems under SUSE8.1 with this card, I couldn't get all channels, and it froze the box from time to time. That is all history now with SuSE9.1 On Wednesday 26 May 2004 08:57, Jerome R.
