I actually wanted to get som information on how i can make my Linux bok run faster and though i should include a catchy subject. The first line was just a joke, i have recently finnished reading a book about the history of linux and most of the messeges shown in it are quite pasionate about Linux, i got the idea there. before this i did not even know what a message called a 'troll' was. Now i know. Anyway i was quite seriouse about wanting info on how to get my computer to run faster. Sorry for the confution i have generated.
How did you measure your performance then? Kernel 2.4 is a little slower to get user input, so it could give you a wrong impression (Linux slower). Praise
