What color depth are you running? and what kind of monitor? That is very odd behavior for that card. Its the same chipset that I use in this machine and it works great.
Is this a laptop?
It's an IBM T750 LCD monitor (not a laptop) running at 1280x1024 resolution @ 60hz as recommended in the manual. Color depth is 24 bit, 3-D disabled, and I'm using the digital, not the analog, input. Your questions did cause me to change the color depth to 16 bit and that seems to have solved the problem when text files are open although it's still there when I open jpg files. I can live with this although I'd really like to fix the problem completely. George -- George H.
