Hello SuSE folkz, I've got some educational materials on interactive CD's (linked plain HTML files). The problem is that I can't even mount them on my Linux box. In order to read a CD header, I created one CD image using XCDRoast, opened it with less and red: Apple_partition_map Toast 5.0.2 HFS Builder Apple_HFS Could somebody tell me please what options I should specify in kernel or in 'mount' command to mount and read these CD's.
Many thanks in advance, Alex
Alex try and use mount with the t hfs option. You will need to do this as root. Like so. mount -t hfs /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom . This should tell the mount program to mount the CD using hfs. HTH -- Marshall "Nothing is impossible, we just do not have all the answers to make the impossible, possible."
