-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I am highly stoked(spelling?) about the new 9.0 release!!!!!!!! ;) But, i have a few questions that i hope may be easily answered on the "list". 1. The 9.0 release comes with a "test" 2.6 kernel ----- as well as implementation of the User Mode Linux (UML) kernel patches------- so does that mean that the 2.6 kernel will have a k_deflt kernel and a k_uml kernel? Or does the UML patches only apply to the "standard" 2.4.21 kernel???? 2. I have been checking prices of various 64 bit mobo's and processors; and a person would be insane not to go ahead and spring for it if they were in the market for a new one. IMHO. But, does the 64 bit version also come with the 2.6 kernel and/or UML patches???? All I can say is --------- the next few months are looking mighty exciting. I convinced my wife to allow me to build a new server; but this is just icing on the cake! ;) /me *dreaming* "Cutting edge all the way baby!" - -- Thomas Jones Linux-Howtos Network Administrator OpenGPG Key: 0x6A3DF6E9 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/enE6QT2komo99ukRAmXsAJ43itKh834oVi8/GckEyWcYjCi7sgCgmFVs Y6nFcOBxASJF+qQu4ulIEs0= =dCPa -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
