And where can we get it once it's up and is it called exactly "ttf.gz"? :o) (With reference to the tarball wil 1000 freely distributable TTFs)
Well, I got it from Bruce tonight but when I tried to decompress it ..gzip just bitched about it not being a complete file and wouldn't do anything with it. I looked at my truetype directory and tarred then bzip2'd it's 46M. I don't know if the amount of bandwidth that I have on my shell can handle a couple thousand downloads of 50M each. Let me think about it and find out. If someone else has the bandwidth to host it in the meantime..let me know.
Hmm... Assuming the package _can_ be unpacked somehow - would this be a package for sourceforge to host? Or some other public high bandwidth host?
I do understand your reluctance to host such a big package.
Best regards :o)
