I am looking for a server for chatting and video conferencing. Something like CuSeeMe was/is. CuSeeMe is too expensive to use. I tried to use im4cam, but I am working for a Christian organization, it is impossible to suggest such a program, where extremly Non-Christian channels are available. Actually it is better, when we run the server by ourselves and can choose the channels we are going to open.
Is there any solution available?

Check out SourceForge.net, enter in 'conferencing' or 'video conferencing' (or things similar to those) in the search box. While you're there, subscribe to the OSDN everything newsletter. It comes to your email every day, and I've seen a project listed in it that's meant for school-like stuff (a whiteboard and everything). If I remember what it was called, I'll post it here or to you via email (maybe it was this?: http://www-mice.cs.ucl.ac.uk/multimedia/software/vic/ ).
