Besides the known problems most of us had, you might want to take a look at the number of Styles you suddenly don't have in your Appearance items. It will usually cut that down to about 1/2 of what you started with and a good kdelibs3. That was one of the more obvious things I looked for when testing for the completeness of the rpm.
