Yep. It was a big story a couple days ago. AOL is blocking a lot of dynamic ip DSL lines and even some static ip DSL lines that it doesn't think should send email to AOL'ers. It's there way of fighting spam since they say most spam comes from dynamic ip DSL and dialup. They don't think to look at their own users or those of hotmail, yahoo and every other webmail spammer's heaven. :(
Earthlink and Prolog do the same thing. I had to switch to my provider's smtp server.
