What this means is that Linux is a primary deployment platform for Tivoli as is AIX, Solaris, Windows. Linux receives the same development and release priority as the other primary OS's (the Tier 1 OS's). What it will mean for Tivoli's customers is that updates or new releases of their software for the other primary OS's will not be made at the expense of support for the Linux OS. hth -- Mark Registered Linux User #219700 http://counter.li.org "The kind of person who always insists on his way of seeing things can never learn anything from anyone."
