hello, I just got done doing major work installing 2 linux boxes at a site. Now the management there wants a way to be able to get into the linux boxes to add users or printers without using shells or technical stuff. I've done user menus using shells at other sites. I've used 'here documents' and made all the technical things work in the background, all a management person does is type a number and then a name or password for example if that's what they want to do. So now, I'm wondering about doing this via an intranet website instead of using a user menu via a shell. Can anyone recommend any books that show how to do this? I'm not a programmer.....I have no idea how to make a website send unix commands. I know how to make a shell program do that, but not html....
