For example, -> ->BOOTPROTO='static' ->IPADDR='204.119.69.30' ->IPADDR1='192.168.7.30' ->NETMASK='255.255.255.0' ->NETMASK1='255.255.224.0' ->BROADCAST=204.119.69.255' -> : -> : ->You get the idea. You'll need to use ip to see the full info about ->the interfaces. ifconfig and the old style named aliases (e.g., ->eth0:1) are deprecated now. Yeah. It finally dawned on me to just cp ifcfg-eth0 to ifcfg-eth0:1 and edit it accordingly. It's working fine. It's not much different then on a Solaris box I was brainfarting today. All is well.
