yahoo messenger does not run only with one username

Dear my friends... I am confused about what makes different between my username and other username on my SuSE machine. If I login to Yahoo Messenger server with otherelse username it runs properly and rapidly but if I login with my username "prabu" it doesn't. I even can not launch my yahoomessenger client(I use ymessenger from yahoo). I can launch this ymessenger but only with other username except "prabu". I tried to reistall it but it didn't succeed.
