I have a Linksys Etherfast 10/100 card in my desktop system that works perfectly on my home network at 100Mbps. I had a Netgear PCMCIA cardbus card for my old laptop that ran close to 100 (via benchmark). I have a 100 Mpbs integrated NIC on my current laptop motherboard that also runs at 100Mbps.
