Don't SHOUT, and be polite, please. I did read the question; I have just reread it, again, and it is not clear to me, on its words alone. The fact that two people missunderstood the question and came out with similar answers is proof enough that the wording was missleading at least. Being that the case, just re-word the question, or explain, and we, or somebody else, will try to answer. But be polite, please!
