Always a good idea to read through and configure the file /etc/rc.config.d/firewall.rc.config By default I think it shutdown the system pretty well. Just make sure you actually started it... START_FW="yes" in /etc/rc.config And execute 'SuSEfirewall start' Now you can check open ports with 'openports' Pretty darn simple... Cheers, Magnus Jacob Fierberg wrote:
