Hi, Put all the KDE files in one directory. Then run 'rpm -Uvh --nodeps --force *.rpm' Log out and into KDE again and then you have 3.0.2. Regards, Jostein

The problem seems to be that I copied even the directory structure from the mirror. Maybe I should put everything in one big bunch? I also want to update installed application and not install every KDE program there is.
AFAIK it would work if you have the i386/update/version directory layout since YAST2 looks for patches directory located under the above mentiopned . I could be wrong as I have not tried anything else.
I suppose thera are many other that already have done this.
