Pray tell me where you take the knowledge that it would have been so easy for us? Honestly, if it would have been so cheap in resources as you imply, we would have done it! But neither the number of colleagues working on YaST2 nor available time is unlimited (much in contrast to the feature list :), so we have to prioritize things.
