kmap_pagetable warning on compile of app

Hi all, I am getting the following warning when I try and compile the QuickCam library from qce-ga.sourceforge.net. memory.c: In function `uvirt_to_kva': memory.c:45: warning: implicit declaration of function `kmap_pagetable' I'm running SuSE Pro 8.0. The standard quickcam driver with this distro doesn't support the webcam I am using, which is why I am trying to compile the source (the driver version with SuSE8.0 is way behind). I have already installed the kernel source package, but it still doesn't work. Anyone have a guess at what is wrong?
