It is EPP, Yast2 give a message: "No parallel device ( /dev/lp? ) founded. It seems that your parallel port is not properly configured"
Sorry I just miss lp0, but it exist in dev, so ls -al /dev/lp? /dev/lp0 /dev/lp1 .... The problem appear to be just with SuSE, in Madrake very thing is OK.
I would check the output of /var/log/messages or boot.msg to see what is happening with your paralel port, and also check /etc/modules.conf to see what your setup is for the paralel port. -- Joe & Sesil Morris New Tribes Mission Email Address: Joe_Morris@ntm.org Web Address: http://www.mydestiny.net/~joe_morris Registered Linux user 231871 God said, I AM that I AM.
