It has the lines
/opt/kde3/bin/kv4lsetup root.video 2755 /opt/kde2/bin/kv4lsetup root.video 2755 /usr/bin/kv4lsetup root.video 2755
mine did not have these lines. i added them and runned suseconfig and nothing happened. i did the chmod and it stayed permament even after running suseconfig and yast again. min eis set to easy.
Change them to 4755.
then run SuSEconfig as root.
if you do the solution #1, then the next time you change something in Yast2, you need to redo the 'chmod'. the solution #2 has permanent effect.
