This letter by the Peruvian congressman, DR. EDGAR DAVID VILLANUEVA NUÑEZ, is a model of clear thinking, economic awareness, and an ethically consistent frame of mind, that is generally absent from people in government in any country. I'm honestly impressed. There's hope for us all.
I'm going to try to find Sr./Dr. Nunez' e-mail address, in order to congratulate him on his articulate and reasoned exposition. I also intend to pass the URL along to other people, for their edification.
