Hi. Well done. Still nothing here. The sensors documentation is good so I do: sensors-detect and the script modprobes stuff and tells me to include a line in /etc/modules.conf I reinit and run sensors but still get no sensors detected. Maybe my processor/motherboard doesn't have sensors? It's a PIV anout 4 weeks old. Any ideas anyone? Thanks for your patience, Steve.
Steve,
Did you remember to run /sbin/SuSEconfig after the probe and edit ?
See me previous post on this:

try it again.
Laters.
I rebooted and all was OK. Before I was dropping down to init 0 and then back up to 5 again. Rebooting must do something different. Thanks for your patience and yes, the krell chart is wonderful when finally the word 'sensors' shows! Steve. -------------------------------------------------------
