Wow...ya learn something new every day... Thanks Forrest On Mon, 27 May 2002 12:18:23 -0700, a large badger frolicked about on your keyboard, and out came:
I had a color ribbon for the Citizen GSX-130. Color was ok but not real sharp. Expensive ribbon so I only used it when needed. Ok for the kids 4th grade geography report or cartoons. Had five colors, as I recall, on the ribbon, one of which was black, then did shades by mixing dots from these colors on the ribbon. I still have the ribbon in a plastic case in a box since I was so stingy about using it. Just history from an old...well, whatever.

I don't think so,.... Dot matrix is a mechanical method of printing, tottaly unlike the inkjet...... Dot matrix uses pins,...and the inkjet, uses spurts of ink
Color dot matrix I have never heard of Does not mean it does not exist...
Sounds like something the Russians would come up with.... ;-)
