Hello all, I just upgraded from 7.0 to 7.3, and netatalk (the primary reason I'm using SuSE) right off the bat is giving me trouble - seemingly corrupting certain mac files stored on the shared volume. Strangely, the files effected are related only to Adobe Photoshop and Netscape Communicator (the mac versions copied to the drive) - go figure. I heard from a colleague a while back that the "pre-asun" fork (apparently what is installed in 7.0) of the netatalk project was the most compatible with OSX and earlier versions. The newer version installed with 7.3 is the one giving me problems - so much so that I've had to stop using it for fear of corrupting really important data. Are there any out there who use Netatalk and have any advice? Peter ---------------------------------- Peter D.
