Hi all...
I've been writing some web sites. Before I put them up on the net I want to see how they look from another computer. But when I try to access my main system I get "refused by the server" etc etc.
How do I get my main system to allow my home net to access my web sites. But not open it up to the whole world?
TIA!
Do you have a firewall running? If you do its probably refusing requests, try entering the internal IP address of the web server if it has one, also do check /var/log/messages, simplest way is to tailf /var/log/messages or tailf /var/log/firewall. Then connect and see what it says. Matt
