modprobe, where to write it?

In order to start my sensors I need to put in modprobe i2c-isa and modprobe w83781d if I want to have the sensors working. Perhaps I did not install the sensors right? I want to have the sensors installed everytime I run my SuSe 7.2 and want to know where to insert the two lines.
