XLIB: extension "RENDER" missing from dsplay ":0.0"
This is the Render extension that's necessary for cool stuff like anti-aliased fonts in X, among other things that haven't even been implemented yet. Open up /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 (or XF86Config) and look for a line that says: Section "Module" Look through the section, and add or uncomment: Load "render" Save the file, and restart X. The Render extension is not supported on all cards yet, I don't think, so what video card do you have? We can help you make sure that it works... -- -=|JP|=- Need a good geek? I'm unemployed!
