Apparently the Y.O.U. must have been responsible for already applying those patches. I did not think of it, but my installed versions matches the latest patches at the SuSE site; so Y.O.U. gets the credit for the install. Unfortunately this does not help as the problem has persisted since the Y.O.U. was completed.
