localhost:80 Error - This host is not configured as server for the SuSE help system

      SuSE Help used to work.
Now,  "This host is not configured as server for the SuSE help system" appears
on the help startup page.  How does one configure httpd to handle the Help
System?

I also get a "connection to localhost refused"  when I attempt to start Webmin
0.90.  Is this related/
