OT Converting Outlook Express Mail to mailbox format

Here is a challenge. Does anyone know of any way in which a fairly large number of emails kept in Microsoft Outlook Express folders can be converted into conforming mailbox format mail files ? Apart from forwarding every one of them to someone who uses mailbox format that is ! -- Regards Cliff
