There is no business like the e-business... On Sep 25, I suddenly decided to update my Applixware set to 5.0. So I ordered an update from SuSE site. Within an hour, I received an automatically generated answer : then the next day :
Dear SuSE Customer,
Thank you for your order and your interest in SuSE products.
To provide you better service, we build a local sales structure with one of our
partners in your country . Your order will be processed by followed by an address in Belgium. (Belgium & France, same country ?) As I was supposed to agree by checking in a case and sending back the document, I did.
Then nothing happened. I mailed back 10 days later only to receive the same automatic answer : Chère cliente, cher client,
nous vous remercions pour votre commande.
