All my other aplications look much better when I use the AA fonts. Infrotunately Konsole does not seem to like these. When I use it, the fonts tend to overlap oneanother. The problem does not exist in xterm. I would simply use xterm exept that when I ^T from Konqueror I automatically get a Konsole. I find that feature extremely useful since it puts the konsole shell's pwd to the same location as Konqueror when it is opened.
Am I the only one who is having this problem wtih AA fonts in konsole?
No, but it can be solved.. Yes, the fonts do to crazy with AA.
Try using Andale Mono Bold and go from there.
To the original poster: OR -- change the configuration to use xterm instead of Konsole when Ctrl-T is pressed: Control Center -> System -> Konsole -> General -> select "Do not use Konsole as default terminal application" and put "xterm" in the "Other terminal" field. -- ____________________________________________________________________ Robert Paulsen paulsen@texas.net
