Have you looked in the disks/ directory on the installation ->media for such an animal? Nope..different disks are unneeded it should work. I just built a 7.2 box for a co-work that had dual PII450's in it. Worked fine. It could be something in the BIOS. My co-worker had some weird USB stuff enabled in his..as soon as I turned it off..*bam*..it worked fine. I would bet 10-1 it's hardware related.
The problem was solved by using the 'disableapic' option at boot time. -- +----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ + Bruce S.
