Smoothwall is Linux. Why not just use SSH, giving you secure access in to your sisters network to do what ever admin you need to do. You would need to get your sister to dial up when you needed access, but this adds to the security, rather than allowing the modem to answer incoming calls.
I do not want to use smoothwall, as I know linux is more secure for this venture, so please don't suggest smoothwall. Therefore, what services, daemons, programs are minimally needed to do this? I have all the manuals from my 7.2 Pro, so I can read them and not waste bandwidth on howto, jsut need to know what I need to include on a minimal install.
