When you boot from cd and LILO: shows up - type "manual" - that will give you old Yast menu, with the option to partition drives manualy. There is a possibility that your second drive is not really zapped, and yast2 sees it as full of Windoze partitions, if you zap them with old good yast, and create linux partition there - you can reboot and return to yast2, although I would not - I hate the creature with passion. Hello everyone! I am new to SuSE, but not new to linux. I've messed around w/ redhat before, but ever since I got a new video card, no "X" window would support it...until now. I have windows on my primary drive, and would like to install SuSE on the second drive. I have the 2nd drive zapped and ready to go, but whenever the CD installer boots up, it never finds a suitable drive. I assume that it is only looking at the 1st drive. How can I make it install on my secondary drive without having to open up the case and disconnecting the other drive? Thanks! GB
