rpm -hiv --relocate /usr=/opt/kde2
This forces it into the correct directory. Redhat uses /usr/share .. not /opt. It most likely doesn't see the correct directories.
Ok I understand but this is weird, because I downloaded the RPM that was /made/for SuSE 7.1: suse7.1-aethera-0.9.1-6tkc.i386.
