HI all I'll be getting a copy of 7.1 from a friend in the next few days. Then I'll see what all the shouting about <G>. One question I have is: What's the status on getting printer port scanners working with Linux? I've had one now for a couple of years and always have to reboot into W$ 3.1 to run it. Also on the idea of getting rid of W$. Is Koffice included in 7.1? I d/l'ed it about 6 months ago for 6.3 and never got it working. I even tried the Koffice list and they were such rude b"$§%"ds that I unsub'ed it. Right now I'm using W$ Publisher for a quarterly stamp bulletin that I write.
