The only thing I can see is that the above may want to be:
@ IN SOA ns1.si3.net. abryant.si3.net. (
because doesn't @ pick up $ORIGIN from the named.conf file (but it shouldn't make a difference)? Have you looked closely for the differences in your zone files of the domains that are working?
