Now after all that what the problem is, I cant mount my cdroms anymore. I changed in fstab the dev/hdd which is my cdrom to /dev/sr0 and it didnt work. It came up with the following error mount: /dev/sr0 has wrong major or minor number.
I tried /dev/scd0 and got the same error.
Have you enabled `SCSI CD-ROM support' in the kernel configuration?
