Don't know the date, but the "regular" Evaluation-ISO (not the live-eval) will be created and published on ftp.suse.com as well. I just say "soon" :)
Also, Is it ok to make duplicates of the boxed CDs. Have not seen anything that said that it was not allowed but wanted to make sure on the positive side too.
Yes, you may create copies for your personal use, as long as you do not charge anything for it. However, you should not offer ISOs of the full version for download - some of the programs in the "pay" section do not allow this.
