I run a few Linux/win9* boxes through a firewall which uses SuSE Linux 6.2. For almost a year now I have been connecting to @home through a static IP address on the firewall, and it has worked fine. I'd like to switch to their DHCP server. Does anyone have any tips on how to do this using dhclient? I was told to use dhcpcd eth0 -h Cxxxxxx-A, where Cxxxxxx is the hose name assigned byb @home. Does dhclient have the same command line syntax? -- The longer I am out of office, the more infallible I appear to myself. -- Henry Kissinger -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq
