hi all alsaconf can't detect my sound card. the crazy thing is the sound card that i'm using is actually in the list recognized by alsaconf. i'm using generic cs4235 & when alsaconf stated that it can't detect my sound card there's 1 line with "generic cs4235 snd-card-cs4236" & snd-card-cs4236.o is actually in /lib/modules/2.2.14/misc/ anyone of u can help out? i'd really appreciate it. btw, how do i get sound card modules? ...i went to www.alsa.com & search for sound card - nothing was returned & when i search in suse.com - they only listed list of ques posted? where can i get the info, what my sound card module is & where to download those modules? thanks for your help. tk ===== 0Oo~~:o) Smile!
