You'd probably want the upgrade version, which is the prof. edition with no manuals.

I cut my Linux teeth on SuSE over three years ago, and over that timeframe I just keep coming back to SuSE, having tried out every other distro out there. SuSE has consistently not only improved their product but, moreso than other distros, seems to keep a trained eye on quality control and stability for the overall package. I've built boxen that Windows couldn't run properly on, I've recently tried Mandrake again (7.1) and the graphical install just kept freezing up (not to mention the fact that many apps seem to run unstable on a carefully configured Athlon box), and in all cases, with every box I've built, SuSE ran like a dream. Not to say there isn't some self-configuration involved, but that's to be expected with any distro and that's what brought most of us to Linux in the first place. What I've always enjoyed about SuSE is that the configuration tools and scripts are logically structured and well-documented (well, maybe I've grown accustomed to YaST ;-)....YaST2 just doesn't thrill me yet); I've really never ran into a problem that I couldn't solve by reading the documentation or asking on this list or just poking around til I fixed it. I like the idea of an upgrade package for the Professional version...just what those of us who *have* to buy every version have been looking for. We probably have too many manuals anyway (time to recycle!), so why not save some trees?? ;-) Looking forward to the Professional upgrade version here in the States. Thanks again, SuSE!
