This is rather odd. I have had the same problem, except not under SuSE. Over the past week I began experimenting with Stormix. I've had such a mouse problem right after exiting Win98 and then going into Stormix. But I never get this scenario going into SuSE. In fact after booting into SuSE and then back into Stormix the problem went away. Conclusion, but I'm not sure why, is that Win98 is at fault--Windows is always guilty until proven innocent. Hi,
I have been experiencing an unusual problem that I cannot trck down, any help would be much appreciated.
It is to do with my mouse (PS/2 Intellimouse) which is run through a Belkin Omni View KVM switch box. (I have already tried another KVM)
It has been working perfectly up to a while ago when I started to get the following symptoms.
After switching back from to the other CPU (Running Win98) the mouse either doesn't respond or it goes beserk. By this I mean if I move the mouse slightly the screen goes wild opening and closing windows. (KDE)
The only way I can gain control is by ALT-CTRL-BackSpace which has the normal response and the mouse is back uder control.
I thought maybe that it was 'imwheel' as it first appeared just after installing it, but no that didn't cure it. I have also done a clean install of 6.4 and its still there!!
Anybody have any ideas??
Best Regards
Del Ryan
