Hello, I bet you have your using the device modem for HylaFax and your ppp connection. Use ttyS1 or ttyS2. This avoids lock problems. Go to www.hylafax.org FAQs to Q115 for detailed instructions George Sat, 13 May 2000, ÷Ù ÎÁÐÉÓÁÌÉ:
Hello,
The new Hylafax works great, except for a little problem with inbound faxes.
If I start faxgetty, it captures the modem, and wouldn't let me start PPP connections until I kill it. Is there a configuration option to make faxgetty yield the modem when necessary?
