HELP.....
Every time I install a new package that requires SuSEconfig to run, it replaces the sendmail.cf file. Which of course on the mail server is not a good thing. (unless you are trying to get killed by your user base).
It took me a while to figure out what was going on... Now that I have... any Ideas..... statements.... Heckles.... FIXES.....
In YaST you can set the option SENDMAIL_TYPE. Set to 'yes' when you want YaST to generate the sendmail.cf file, and to 'no' if you want to do it yourself. -- SuSE Linux 6.4 -o) | "He was so narrow minded he could see through a Kernel 2.2.14 /\ | keyhole with both eyes ..." on a i686 _\_v | mailto:frhart@home.nl | -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
