on SUSE 6.4 you can have a graphical login screen instead of the terminal like one.
Does anyone know how to change the background colour and image. or change that whole screen to fit in with the theme.
You can configure this under YaST, from the "susewm" option under System Administration. If you select "graphical", Linux will boot to init 3 and start KDM for you to login though. There is a separate KDE application for configuring the appearance of KDM. -- [-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- adam j henry =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=] | [http: www.heidelberg.edu/~ahenry] [pgp: 0xBD168A74] | | [mailto: ahenry@heidelberg.edu] [icq: 69243836] | [-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=] -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
